It was manufactured as a sealing component for piping equipment in chemical plants. The small diameter long holes were cut with high precision using water jet processing, minimizing thermal deformation. Complex shapes were achieved in a short delivery time without compromising the properties of the PTFE material. ■Product Features TOMBO No.9007-LC is a gasket that incorporates silica into PTFE to improve creep resistance at high temperatures. It is less prone to deformation compared to conventional PTFE and has excellent chemical resistance, but it cannot be used with hydrofluoric acid or strong alkalis.
